On October 10th, 2025, china national hardware association officially released the corporate standard "Forged Kitchen Knives" (standard number: T/CNHA 1093-2025) at the ninth corporate standard conference held during the Shanghai International Wisdom Life Expo. The standard was drafted by Chongqing Deng's Yaohe Knifeware Co., Ltd., and more than ten well-known tool enterprises in Dazu Longshui participated in the standard formulation, which marked that the forging kitchen knife industry entered a new stage of standardization and development.

 

Standard highlights: technical indicators and performance double improvement

 

For the first time, the standard systematically defines the terminology definition, product classification and technical requirements of forged kitchen knives, covering core indicators such as material selection, appearance quality, hardness, sharpness and corrosion resistance.
